This Belmont, Brisbane courtyard was once an overlooked space with little purpose. We re-imagined it as a Moroccan-inspired oasis. At the heart of the transformation is a former water feature, now thoughtfully converted into a built-in bench seat.

The standout detail is the authentic handmade Moroccan tiles sourced by our client. The benchseat brings intricate pattern, texture and heritage to the design.

Thoughtful textures, tones and colours were introduced throughout this Belmont courtyard turned Moroccan-inspired oasis. The selection of pots add warm tones and the concrete grid pavers create a structured foundation, softened by pockets of mondo grass.

A complete transformation that proves even the most underused spaces can become something special.
